Yalaha Country Bakery was opened on April 8, 1995, the dream of owner and founder Günter Herold. Günter comes from the romantic medieval town of Schwäbisch Hall in Germany and patrons will immediately see and feel the Bavarian Schwäbisch Hall influence at the bakery.

Günter’s dream was to provide customers with hand-crafted and wholesome, hearty breads. Remembering the quality of good breads from the bakeries in his native Germany, he assembled a team of first class bakers who bake nothing but the finest bread and pastries.

Yalaha Country Bakery applies old-fashioned baking techniques and focuses on quality health breads. This attention to quality and detail has generated considerable public interest and scores of complimentary articles in newspapers and magazines.
