The entertainment program at the bakery has evolved over the years and now consists of 95% acoustic music. Perfoming at Yalaha Country Bakery is a must for Florida acoustical musicians and has captured the attention of out-of-state touring entertainers. We are constantly flooded with requests for bookings which accounts for our long-term advance bookings. Florida singer/songwriters, Florida folk and bluegrass are very popular here. We also feature traditional country, cajun and zydeco several times a year. Another smaller percentage of our music is big band sound, traditional German music and oldies.
