This class is focused on teaching awareness regarding postural dysfunction that develops due to our primarily sedentary lifestyles. 

Come join us for All Levels Yoga class. Class is suitable for beginners. 
Wear comfortable clothing.
Arrive 10 minutes early.
Some mats are provided; please bring your own if you have one.
Kelly Ann Reagan is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. She enjoys helping students navigate their personal practice. She understands that the bulk of learning happens when students practice at home. Her classes are designed to give you the tools to understand your own body as you practice so that you can feel confident developing your own practice at home.
